Case Study Three – Charity Cycle Ride

To celebrate an avid charity supporter’s cycle ride from Vietnam to Cambodia, and to raise as much money as possible for charity, a Charity Ball for 100 people was organised.

I dealt with the hotel to ensure all details for the evening were accurate, I dealt with all the different companies donating to the raffle and auction, I dealt with the auctioneer and together we worked hard on the evening to raise as much money as possible from every prize.

I welcomed all the guests to the ball and made sure there were no empty glasses. I managed the hotel staff on the day to ensure we kept to the fairly strict times. I ran around delivery prizes and getting payments as the raffle and auction went on.

The evening was a great success and over £7000 was raised by the event.
